exterior facade renovation of the Administration, Training Center and Auto Tech Building along with the Reroofing of the Training Center. The Project consists of the selective demolition and renovation of exterior building elevations, roof system, and windows of the building of the Laramie County Community College (LCCC) Admin, Training Center, and Auto Tech buildings, covering the twin T wall system with a new facades of stone wainscot, phenolic siding, stucco and metal siding, with new window systems. Existing electrical systems are to be modified and changed as necessary for the new exterior layout. Selective demolition and new construction of site paving, landscaping and other site elements is included in this scope
