The desired work will consist of the purchase and installation of approximately 1,806 feet of new, unused materials described as follows: The eventual successful vendor will be responsible for the following: 1. The removal of all construction debris related to this project. 2. Any and all grade work connected with this fencing project. 3. Ensuring that any/all applicable federal, state and local requirements connected with this project are met. 4. Ensuring that any/all applicable federal, state and local codes are complied with. 5. Safety precautions shall be used at all times during the progress of work. As appropriate, all Occupational Safety and Health Act requirements shall be observed. Specifications: 1. Payment: Payment will be on a lump sum basis after all the work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director 2. Work will be substantially completed within 60 calendar days from the date when the Contract time commences. General Requirements: 1. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services to construct approximately 1,806 LF feet of fence line at Hurt Road as depicted in Exhibit A. 2. Construct 150 LF of high tensile page wire, 12 ½ gauge with strand 14-gauge barbed wire on top. 3. Construct 1,650 LF of 2 ½” of metal galvanized pipe as depicted in Exhibit B. 4. Install three 12’ wide double drive through gates. 5. Clean and remove all dirt and scrap material resulting from installation. 6. All work shall comply with ASTM standards for described fencing as well as installation instructions.
