When to Work has incredible features, which include schedule templates, messaging capabilities, availability and time off request inputs, and shift change abilities that accommodate hundreds of employees. Parks & Recreation has up to 2,900 temporary/seasonal employees during peak seasons, and efficient scheduling systems are a must to ensure that our amenities are as available as possible to the public. When to Work has recently been acquired by TimeClock Plus, and employee timekeeping system currently utilized by multiple divisions in Salt Lake County (see contract PAR60684 and PV24147C). Since we are TimeClock Plus customers, When to Work offers us incredible discounts and options for up to a five-year agreement.
