Brown County seeks entities to provide information regarding what steps the county can take to ensure its digital presence is compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, such as utilizing the new WCAG 2.1, AA framework by April of 2026. Brown County’s digital presence currently includes, but is not limited to, websites, social media, online videos and apps. Brown County seeks to ensure that all Brown County digital presences meet current and anticipated future compliance requirements. Please provide a scope of work, timeline for completion, and the cost necessary to meet ADA compliance regarding all County digital media. Successful responses should demonstrate that the entity seeking to provide services has a history of similar projects, with an emphasis on prior similar projects the entity has completed for other governmental entities
