The State seeks bid proposals which will outline the design of a one-day workshop that will cover key aspects of water system rates setting. The training will be held in multiple locations in Vermont to provide as many opportunities as possible for municipal water systems to participate. Task 1 - Draft Training Curriculum Submit a detailed outline and draft training curriculum, and schedule for review and approval by the State. Task 2 – Training Materials Develop materials for the training including those to be used by the trainer and participants. The materials will be reviewed and approved by State staff prior to the first workshop. Task 3 – Conduct Workshops Conduct the trainings at various locations throughout Vermont, each location consisting of staff from different water systems. Task 4 – Finalizing Curriculum and Training Materials Submit to the State approved final curriculum and training materials
