Scope of Work The Owner is seeking proposals for internet services at 1,000Mbps x 50Mbps, or higher. It is expected that all schools within the Owner connect to the Owners Office and then are connected to the internet via the Owners Office, unless otherwise noted in the “Additional Services List” below. It is anticipated that all staff and students within the Owner will be able to access this service. The Respondent must include in their proposal any/all electronic equipment needed to accomplish access to the internet and monitoring of the circuit during normal business hours. Maintenance of all Respondents equipment shall be a part of the Respondents’ responsibility. If there is a one-time connection fee, please list this fee separately. The Respondent shall provide service to the Arcata Learning Center located at 1539 F Street “Unit A”, Arcata, CA 95521. The Arcata Learning Center site may relocate to a new physical address during the Erate funding year. Respondents must ensure continuity of service during this transition and outline any potential costs for service migration, including installation, as part of their bid response. If costs cannot be determined at the time of bidding, the Respondent must agree to include generic provisions for potential site relocation, with final costs to be determined and documented through a contract amendment once the new service address is identified
