Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) Seattle City Light is seeking to contract with up to three (3) Consultants who can utilize their expertise in leadership learning and development to assist SCL in implementing a comprehensive development and training program that supports employees in achieving both individual and organizational success. City Light believes that personal development at all levels is crucial. Effective leadership and management are essential for organizational success, and individual contributors play a vital role in driving excellence. SCL strives for an environment where all employees can contribute effectively and grow within the organization. Successful proposers shall be able to demonstrate a history of successfully developing supervisors, managers, individual contributors, and emerging leaders. The successful proposer(s) shall demonstrate that they are adept at various delivery mechanisms and agile in program design and implementation.
