Services shall include all required materials, labor and transportation to provide Services at each site on an annual basis. 3.1.1.2. All necessary equipment, tools, supplies, personnel, training and transportation shall be included in the overall cost of Services. 3.1.1.3. The selected Contractor shall clean all windows at the buildings described in these solicitation documents including entrance windows and door window glass. Contractor shall be responsible for all exterior windows for each specified building (only the windows of exterior walls and doors). Contractor will not be cleaning windows that are not exteriorfacing. 3.1.1.4. Contractor shall monitor and ensure that all Services are being performed according to all specifications provided by the State. Contractor shall ensure that all window and door glass are cleaned in a detailed manner that leaves window glass streak and dust/lint free. Window sills, tracks and frames shall be wiped clean and be free of excess water, dirt and debris.
