A. Work of the Project includes removal of existing boilers and installation of new boilers and associated controls as required. B. SITE EXAMINATION 1. Examine Project site before submitting a Bid. 2. A visit to the Project site has been arranged for Bidders per the bid document. See Site Visitation section of the bid for additional information and points of contact. C. Perform Work of Contract under stipulated lump sum grand total contract with State in accordance with Conditions of Contract. D. The Contractor shall, except as otherwise specifically stated in the Contract Documents, provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, water, heat, fuel, light, power, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever necessary to execute, complete, and deliver the work within the specified time.
