It is the intention of these specifications that the vendor hereunder shall furnish and Baltimore County shall purchase guardrail services covered by this agreement which the County may require during the period of time covered by this agreement. Work shall include but not be limited to the maintenance, replacement, and/or repair of existing guardrail and the furnishing and installation of new guardrail of new locations. The quantities shown are approximate and are for the purpose of bid evaluation. Baltimore County reserves the right to order such services as may be required during the said period and also reserves the right not to order any services bid upon by the vendor, if it is found that such services are not required by the County during the period covered by this agreement.
