Bidder Demo/Prep Scope of Work: -All casework and shelving - Science tables (4) - Teacher workstation (1) - Fume hood, ductwork, fan, acid cabinet - Sound panels around the walls - Marker and Tack Boards - All gas lines - Scrape/Prep walls for new paint. - Plumbing in science tables and around walls. Capped off flush at wall/floor. - Electric in science tables and around walls. - Box at wall covering plumbing. - Projector screen - Cork strips at various locations around room. Bidder Demo/Prep Scope of Work: - Add 10’+/- of base cabinets in storage room. Colors TBD. - Add 12’ +/- of wardrobe style storage cabinets (3@4x7) in storage room. - Add 10’ +/- Teacher workstation with under the top mounted sink with gooseneck faucet. With an electrical receptacle on each end. - All casework to have locking doors with the color TBD. - Paint: Oil base primer, Water based paint. - Add 8 retractable receptacles from ceiling. - Add 3 receptacles above countertop in storage room. - Patch hole in ceiling close to back door and any other blemishes in the ceiling and the walls. - Move Gas valve - Job must be always kept clean and safe.
