a. The Contractor shall Perform all maintenance of the Property, including, but not limited to, preventative maintenance, installation, and repair Services, as necessary to maintain the Property in accordance with Client Agency requirements. The Contractor shall provide the necessary supplies and equipment to Perform the Deliverables. Services shall include, but are not limited to: i. HVAC Services ii. Locksmith Services iii. Plumbing Services iv. Glass replacement Services v. Electrical Services vi. Masonry Services vii. Carpentry and painting Services viii. Energy conservation Services ix. Facility electrical generator Services x. Fuel tank inspection and operational compliance reporting to CLIENT AGENCY xi. Trash and recycling Services
