PURPOSE The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a qualified contractor to provide services to the University that include but not limited to: onsite annual inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, repairs and replacement of all the University of Baltimore’s portable fire extinguishers. Services shall comply and maintain compliance of all local, state, federal, requirements, regulations, laws, codes and ordinances of the local fire marshals. The University has the following fire extinguishers: a. Class A extinguishers will put out fires in ordinary combustibles, such as: wood and paper. b.
