8. Successful Vendor must/shall be able to provide on call Guardrail Repair services for the City of Spokane Street Department. 8.1 On average it is estimated that there are 7 calls per a 12-month period. 9. Completion Time: Standard Completion Time is two (2) weeks after Notice to Proceed. 9.1 Completion of work, whenever possible, in the most timely and cost efficient manner for the citizens of Spokane. If projects across multiple departments may be combined to achieve reductions in timeline and/or price, the Contractor shall make every reasonable effort to do so. 9.2 Employees Per Job: Bidder shall indicate how many employees the contractor feels is standard to perform each job. 10. Non-Emergency Calls. Non-emergency repairs, Vendor shall be onsite within 24 hours of notification. 10.1 All time other than straight time must be pre-authorized by the City. The City and the Vendor will devise a plan acceptable to both parties prior to work start, any deviations must be pre-authorized.
