The State Conservation Committee seeks a grants administrator that will provide the following services, for a total not to exceed $45,000 per state fiscal year (July 1 – June 30): 1. Work with the Grant Committee to review and improve the coming year grant application and process (Feb-May); 2. Issue annual request for proposals developed in coordination with the Committee (May-Jun); 3. Conduct outreach to constituents annually to provide program information to potential applicants. Assist the applicants in developing grant proposals (Jun-Sept); 4. Coordinate and facilitate the application review process with the SCC grant review subcommittee (Sept-Nov); 5. Prepare final list of applicants the grant committee is recommending to receive a grant, present to the SCC for approval (Nov); 6. Develop grant agreements for each awardee and prepare paperwork for approval by the Commissioner of Agriculture, Markets & Food, and the Governor and Executive Council as appropriate (Dec-Mar); 7. Attend Governor and Executive Council meetings and be prepared to answer questions about the Grant program (Apr-May);
