a. Vacuum all carpets from wall to wall, including the rugs. Spot clean as needed. b. Sweep and wet mop all tile/vinyl floors and floor chair mats. c. Laminate floors to be cleaned with water or water/vinegar mix with minimal liquid used . d. Empty all waste baskets and replace liners in all spaces. e. Dust counters, and file cabinets, plus railings and other furniture. Thoroughly, but without rearranging any paperwork, damp wipe all counters, file cabinets plus railings and other furniture. (This will be explained thoroughly during the initial tour). f. Remove cobwebs from all ceilings, doors, and corners, as needed. g. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. h. Clean both sets and both sides of double entrance door glass at DOT and Highway Patrol office. Spot clean the security glass above the front counter at the DOT along with both sides of the glass doors in the hallway off lobby. i. Restrooms - additional items 1. Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and urinals. 2. Clean mirrors. 3. Spot clean all doors, walls and restroom partitions, including light switches. 4. Replenish towels, toilet paper and soap. 5. Sweep or vacuum, wet mop and disinfect restroom floors. j. Lunchroom/ break rooms - additional items: 1. Wash and disinfect all hard surfaces and sinks. 2. Sweep or vacuum, wet mop and disinfect lunchroom floors. 3. Empty and wipe all wastebaskets and replace plastic liners. 4. Wipe off chairs. 5. Replenish towels and soap. 6. Wipe outside and inside of microwaves. 7. Wipe outside of fridge 8. Dust screen of television and cabinet.
