The company will provide all supplies and equipment that may be necessary to appropriately, efficiently and safely effect the removal of a body from any type of scene. A. Supplies will include and not be limited to an approved body bag, gloves, linen shrouds, cots, stretcher, personal protective equipment, ropes, ladders, etc. A. All removals will be transported to the City Morgue in a secured body bag and be properly identified by an Identification band prior to transport. B. Equipment will include and not be limited to conveyances, ropes and ladders, etc. C. All bodies will be properly secured in a body bag and tagged prior to transport to the City Morgue; company will supply body bags and identification bands and should provide samples with their submission. Company must be able to provide for burials of unclaimed cases to include an inexpensive casket, delivery to the cemetery as specified by the Medical Examiner and completion of the Death Certificates as needed or required. All burials must be completed within five working days of the initial notification.
