Services provided Monday through Friday beginning at 5 p.m.: 1. Secure/check all doors, check coffee pots and portable desk heaters to make sure power is off. 2. Empty all waste and recycle receptacles located throughout facility (replacing liners as needed) and haul to gated dumpster area. Close main gates no later than 6 p.m. 3. Clean and sanitize all bathroom fixtures, including toilet bowls, urinals, and sinks. Remove all water marks and other from mirrors, partition stalls, and walls. Polish mirrors. 4. Empty all compost 5-gallon buckets and take to compost bins located behind library (approx. 10 buckets) 5. Sweep and mop all hard floors surfaces including restrooms, kitchens, and entryways using proper chemicals (floors include grouted tile, laminate, linoleum, brick, concrete and VCT). 6. Vacuum floor mats and all carpets including under desks (HEPA filters required in vacuums). 7. Dust tables, chairs, and countertops in all public areas, conference rooms, and Council Chambers. Clean countertops and tables with PH Neutral cleaner/sanitize. 8. Straighten chairs in all conference rooms, breakrooms, and meeting rooms. 9. Clean all glass entryway doors, removing fingerprints and smudge marks. 10.Clean and sanitize all breakroom sinks, countertops, microwaves, tabletops, and drinking fountains. 11.Sweep or vacuum exterior entryway mats. 12.Disinfect all high-touch areas, including: counters, tables, doorknobs, push plates, light switches, door handles, microwaves, fridge handles, vending machine buttons, and drinking fountains.
