Weber State University is soliciting proposals for a secure software solution for Recreation Facility and Membership Management Software. The goal is to purchase a solution that allows students, faculty, staff, and any other holders of University-issued identification cards to access the facility, as well as check out equipment from our Customer Service Centers. Other objectives of the software solution to be selected include, but are not limited to, equipment inventory management, selling/issuing community passes, collecting participant data, integrating with pre-existing turnstiles, allowing the collection of waivers/informed consent forms digitally, and seamless integration with existing University systems such as Touch Net and Banner.
