Price per individual -Guided Group Tour Experience within Zion's National Park Guided Tour Bid Details Date: Thursday, June 12th, 2025. We are seeking bids for a guided tour experience within Zion National Park for a group of approximately 27 people (20 high school students, 7 adults). The final number of participants may vary slightly and will be confirmed by April 5th. (Tours will start at 8 a.m and end around 6 .p.m. MDT). Tour Structure: Two separate groups rotating activities: Ability to adjust the difficulty level based on our group’s needs and experience. Group 1: E-bike tour (4 hours) in the morning, then a guided scenic hike (3–4 hours) in the afternoon. Lunch break between tours Group 2: Guided scenic hike (3–4 hours) in the morning, then an E-bike tour (4 hours) in the afternoon. Guides & Tour Experience: Knowledgeable guides who can provide engaging information on: History of Zion National Park Geography and geology of the park Anecdotal folklore and cultural significance Strong group management skills to keep students engaged and ensure safety. Equipment & Logistics: All necessary equipment provided for both the E-bike tour and the guided hike, such as pedal assist E-bikes, Helmets, mounted baskets, and hiking poles, Must be an Exclusive experience: No other group or people shall be apart of these tours. The only participants in the guided tour is our group (no outside participants). Parking for 3 SUVs at the tour meeting location or nearby.; Provide details of each of the tours you will be taking the groups on within Zion's. The stops/sights the bikes will make as well as where the hikes will be going.
