The Center Street Parking Deck is a 4-story, 212,000 +/- s.f, pre-cast parking structure. The Scope of Work includes the following tasks to be performed by the selected contractor(s): • Provide lift(s) as required to reach all surfaces. Note that mechanical lift equipment is restricted from the north-facing side of the building; • Implementing traffic controls during set up, power washing and cleanup operations; • Determining the appropriate water pressure, temperature and cleaning method for different surfaces of the building; • Power washing the facility: • limited to EXTERIOR wall surfaces only • Protect persons, vehicles, landscape plantings, etc., from any potential harmful effects of overspray and/or runoff from the cleaning operation; • Protect exterior fire alarm devices from water/chemical intrusion; • Cleaning up after power washing is complete, and removing all tools, equipment and debris associated with the power washing operation
