Task I – Site Investigation (To include but not limited to the following) A. Provide a topographic, boundary and Improvement Location survey to A-2/T-1 standards for both parcels in support of the Master Plan Conceptual Layout. All existing utilities and site improvements shall be identified in the survey. Horizontal and vertical control shall be based on CT NAD83 and NAVD 88 Datums. Contours shall be generated at an interval of 1’ throughout the parcels. B. Inland Wetland Flagging and Report prepared by a certified Soil Scientist. C. Subsurface Investigation and Geotechnical Report Task II – Preliminary Design An existing Conceptual Layout has been developed as part of the 2022 Master Park Plan. This layout has been vetted and approved. As part of this task the Conceptual Layout shall be reviewed with the town, any recommended modifications identified, and advanced to the preliminary design level. It is anticipated that there will be modifications to the Conceptual Layout based on the available funding.
