The front shaft to be higher than the rear shaft The reel turret assembly to have a multiple positioning side to side and height raise and lower conductor gathering roller cage mounted to turret extending rearward of the lower rear reel station and have the ability to be folded rearward of turret at 0° Wheels, tires, and suspension of adequate capacity for GVWR rating 2.5” solid reel shaft maximum Anvil bar to have two (2) sliding locking reel stop collars per each shaft 3/16” thick diamond plate steel fenders and below turret deck Trailer tongue jack to be rated capacity and to have a manually pinned extendable leg and sand shoe All four corners of main frame of trailer to have stabilizer jacks with manually pinned extendable legs with sand shoes 3” adjustable lunit eye hitch 18” & 24” to center of lunit eye with high test safety chain with hooks Electric brakes on both wheels with a protected solar charger and breakaway kit All trailer LED type lights to meet DOT standards with a 6 pole self-locking coded socket plug (Standard #TCP16M or equivalent) all wiring connections to be soldered and heat shrinked All jacks to be painted black, wheels to be galvanized Wheel chock holders mounted on the front of each fender not to interfere with turret rotation Turret with heavy duty bearing to rotate manually by pulling out on a spring release pin. Pin to drop into a locking notch every 6° and turret to rotate 360°
