Business Concept - Interested operators are asked to describe the following elements of the concept being proposed: • Proposed use of the fields and recreation complex. • Proposed annual schedule, including service hours. • Description of how the location would be staffed. • Description of how the fields will be maintained to adequate safety standards. • Description of how the operator will partner with the University to ensure students and University programs will be able to utilize the facility. • Description of how your organization will partner with the local community to preserve the fields as a community asset. • A timeframe for preparing the fields and complex to ensure it is open and ready for use by Fall 2025. • Estimated cost for any needed improvements to the recreation complex, and proposal as to how those costs will be covered. • Projected timeline for regular maintenance of the facility. • Proposed revenue sharing plan with the University. • Financial terms and conditions to operate the concept that you have proposed, including revenue projections as well as a pro forma operating statement for a full year of operations.
