The work under this contract shall consist of HMA pavement, milling, traffic control, erosion control, pavement marking and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Closures for Stages 1, 2, 3A, 3B, 4A, and 4B, do not need to be completed in sequential order. Stage 1 and Stage 2 closures cannot be implemented at the same time due to detour conflicts. Stage 1 and Stage 3A/3B closures cannot be implemented at the same time due to detour conflicts. Stage 2 and Stage 3A/3B closures cannot be implemented at the same time due to detour conflicts. Stage 3A/3B and Stage 4A/4B closures cannot be implemented at the same time due to detour conflicts. Provide the Racine County Sheriff's Department, the Wisconsin State Patrol, City of Burlington Police Department and the project engineer a current telephone number with which the contractor or his representative can be contacted during non-working hours in the event a safety hazard develops.
