This RFI is being issued to gather a list of attorneys interested in providing backup hearings officer services as needed for the County. Interested respondents should address the following within their response: A. Provide a copy of your current resume. Please ensure this includes your experience with land use, strong legal writing, and any experience in a neutral role similar to a hearings officer. B. What are your current billing rates for this work? Please include: i Your own rate; ii Legal assistant/paralegal rate(s), or those who may assist you; iii Travel time charges, if applicable, and if charging for travel time, please also include distance of your office from County’s hearing room at 555 Court St in Salem; iv Any other miscellaneous charges.
