Renovation of a 2,943 sq. ft. building consisting of two stories serving as a resident resource center outfitted with offices, kitchen, and meeting spaces. The scope of work will include the removal of existing block partition walls, and construction of metal stud partition walls with door openings, converting an exterior entry door opening to a window, and the replacement of cabinets, countertops, HVAC units, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, windows, flooring, and fresh paint throughout. Exterior enhancements will include replacing gutters, downspouts, aluminum trim coil, exterior brick painting and the construction of an awning.
