Perform the work under this construction contract for Project 3831-00-72, C Kenosha, 39th Ave, 60th St to 52nd St (STH 158), Local Street, Kenosha County, Wisconsin and Project 3831-00-82, C Kenosha, 39th Ave, 60th St to 52nd St (STH 158), Const/Watermain, Kenosha County, Wisconsin as the plans show and execute the work as specified in the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, 2025 Edition, as published by the department, and these special provisions. The work under this contract shall consist of removals, grading, dense graded base, concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer, water main, erosion control, permanent signing, traffic control, pavement marking, street lighting, restoration, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.
