To supply and install one (1) Laminating machine designed to cover traffic signs with reflective material. The laminator should be able to laminate the sign with accuracy and a minimum of rejects. The laminator should be able to laminate all grades of reflective sheeting to a variety of substrates. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 48” wide, maximum 65” wide • Pneumatically controlled nip preferred • Rubber covered nip rolls capable of a minimum nip pressure of 7 pounds per lineal inch (i.e. a 48-inch-wide nip roller requires 80psi_ • Roller with hardness as defined in table below • Speed variable from 3-30 feet per minute • One unwinds shaft for reflective sheeting • One rewind shaft for reflective sheeting liner • In feed and out feed tables, 10ft long each
