DAS State Procurement Services, on behalf of OHA, entered into a certain License and Services Contract with Oregon Healthcare Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Apprise Health Insights, an Oregon corporation effective August 23, 2021 (Contract # PO-DASOBO-00003560). Under the Contract, the initial version of the new statewide OCS system was developed by Apprise Health Insights. OCS is a cloud-based solution, enabling OHA to have the ability to obtain hospital bed and other hospital resource usage data, and reporting from all Oregon hospitals through Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems (OAHHS). OCS is the current system in use and was as a result from the approval of the original SP-1265-20, authorizing the direct award of a contract to Apprise Health Insights for Licensing and Support for OCS.
