Pre-design services & Schematic Design Design Development Construction Documents Assist in Bidding Process Construction Administration, including but not limited to review and approval of submittals, shop drawings and invoices Final Inspections and Project Close Out Coordination of other support services: o Independent 3rd Party Cost Estimates at Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document phases o Site Design (if needed) o Civil Engineering (if needed) o Landscape Design (if needed) o Structural Engineering o Electrical Engineering (if needed) o Mechanical Engineering (if needed) o Coordination of the building permitting process with the appropriate city or county agencies Communication and support o Facilitate planning with district staff and committees o Attendance at District Board Meetings as needed o Working with the Medford School District and the district’s Project Managers
