1. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Pre-Cat Epoxy (Semi-Gloss finish) 2. Color: Sherwin Williams # 6126 Navaho White in Hallways 200, 300, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 & Guidance & Band Building 3. Auxiliary Gym & Gym painting details TBD at on site visit 4. Hallways & Corridor Pattern will be 2 block stripe starting 1 block from ceiling: ***See Westside Wall Stripe spcs on page 4*** 5. Remove & reinstall tack stripes from walls 6. Sand all surfaces lightly so new paint will bond 7. Clean all surfaces, removing dust, dirt, tape, etc. 8. Prime any bare areas with a bonding primer 9. Caulk Expansion joints with an elastomeric, caulk cracks in corners, etc. 10. Tape out/cover cabinets, smart boards, rubber base, etc. 11. No murals will be painted over at any of the school 12. All paperwork, stickers, glue left on walls by teachers will be removed by painting contractor 13. All debris will be removed and all areas cleaned to original state before final payments are submitted 14. Work hours will be determined at on-site visit 15.
