Providing rock, asphalt and concrete crushing and materials processing services as detailed below for debris located at Brookfield brush yard. 1. The debris pile contains a mixture of asphalt, concrete and rock, and is located at the Town brush yard behind the Firehouse at 92 Pocono Road, adjacent to the Town Hall Complex, 100 Pocono Road. 2. The Scope of Work consists of crushing rock, asphalt and concrete into processed material to be used for road sub-base, as well as other sizes as directed by the Town. 3. Bidders must state on the bid form provided, the daily machine, equipment and operator rates, as required to produce the desired results. 4. Bidders must state on the bid form provided, a guaranteed minimum production rate per day in cubic yards. In providing the minimum daily production rate, bidders hereby acknowledge that failure to meet the daily minimum production rate will require the awarded firm to process up to the minimum daily volume, at no additional cost to the Town. The DPW Director shall be the sole judge in certifying if the agreed upon daily minimums have been met.
