• Design and conduct exercises that will focus on election physical, cyber and operational security. The exercises should target selected National preparedness Goal core capabilities. Gather information needed to select the core capabilities to test in the exercises. Assess existing areas of improvement within those core capabilities in election security preparedness and response. Design and delivery of training participant materials, scenarios, and supporting documents. All materials are to become the property of HSEM/SOS. Test the effectiveness of current election security incident response plans against realistic scenarios through the exercises. • Host Lead-in Workshops Host at least three workshops to gather input from various election security partners on current areas of improvement in election physical, cyber and operational security. The training should build upon previous efforts and include reviewing previous training and assessing knowledge retention year after year. • After exercise reporting Capture insights and actionable recommendations during the exercises to refine polices, procedures, and contingency plans. Design and delivery of a final take-away document for participants.
