Task 1 - Project Management. The Firm will be expected to provide project management and administrative services throughout the course of the project, including preparation of a project management plan (PMP), regular communication/coordination meetings with the City Core Planning Team, monthly invoicing/progress reporting, independent and regular quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews, and clear documentation of any scope changes prior to authorization. 2. Task 2 - Establish Planning Boundary Conditions. The first phase of work will be to develop guiding criteria for the Facility Plan based on four boundary conditions (i.e., External Demands, Existing System Condition and Performance, Financial and Organizational Capacity, and Community Expectations) for meeting the long-term needs of RPWRF. This will create a robust baseline understanding of the City’s wastewater system, enabling a thorough scenario planning process to occur in subsequent tasks.
