Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Montana State University Procurement & Contract Services is considering a request to award a Sole Source contract to BlueHalo Labs LLC for Electronic Warfare Operating System Kit (EWOK) Integration, Test, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support. The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements: 1. Design and implement modifications to run the Electronic Warfare System Operating Kit (EWOK). a. Interoperable with existing hardware, software, and Base Kit within existing weight, operating and storage temperatures, environmental conditions parameters. b. Enable EWOK runtime environment on a chassis controller. 2. Compatible with CMOSS and SOSA standards. 3. Must meet program specific classified requirements for integration, interface, and timing. 4. Provide in-house integration testing. a. This includes providing hardware and software to demonstrate integration. 5. Provide on-site subject matter expert support during 3rd Qtr FY25 test event.
