The Lottery is look for up to four vendors to provide services to install, remove, replace and/or assemble Lottery merchandise at retail locations throughout the state of Washington. A majority of the work performed is installing or removing Scratch ticket dispensers and display trays, which may include modifying or repairing countertops. Storage of the merchandise may be required as well for large-scale projects. Provide installation of other merchandise, i.e. ceiling mounted signage, wall mounted signage, and installation of both indoor and outdoor signage and other promotional merchandise. The Lottery will provide dispensers, and/or other merchandise; however, the CONTRACTOR will provide all tools, equipment, and skills required to complete the job. The CONTRACTOR will provide temporary storage when needed for project work. The CONTRACTOR will charge the Lottery storage fees at cost only and will provide copies of both the invoices and receipts from the storage facility(ies). The CONTRACTOR must be available during specific access times (early mornings and evenings) at select retail locations to avoid customer interruption. Any cleanup and job site debris must be removed and disposed of by the CONTRACTOR prior to leaving the job site.
