2.1 System shall be standalone separate from the storage tanks and be able to dispense liquid salt brine via pumps at varying rates up to 200 gallons per minute. 2.2 System shall include the ability to oƯload excess or stock deicing chemicals back into storage tanks. 2.3 System shall include a flow meter for accurate fluid dispensed measurements. 2.4 System shall have the ability to recirculate tanks. 2.5 Bid shall include one (1) pump but be able to expand to multiple pumps in the future to provide the ability to blend materials. 2.6 System shall include valving to pumps and to outlet end of pump to connect to storage tanks and trucks. 2.7 System controls shall be protected from weather elements via a lockable enclosure. 2.8 System shall be electronically controlled and capable of data logging, custom blending from multiple tanks, and password or passkey encrypted. 2.9 System shall operate on a 220-volt electrical system. All electrical enclosures shall be NEMA rated for outdoor wet environments. 2.10 System shall include an emergency shutdown button accessible to operators.
