1. Coordination & Planning: • Meet monthly with the City Events Program Coordinator to plan the Beer and Wine Garden • Communicate electrical requirements, equipment needs, and other logistical details 2. Insurance: • Hold general, auto, and alcohol liability insurance for the duration of the event. Minimum insurance coverage requirements are specified in Attachment B – General Services Agreement (boilerplate) 3. Permitting: • Manage all permitting requirements set forth by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board • If selling food, manage permitting requirements from the King County Health Department • If applicable, obtain a City of Redmond Mobile Food Preparation Vehicle permit prior to the event 4. Provision of Alcohol: • Provide all beer and wine needed for the event 5. Staffing: • Provide adequate staffing to serve the Beer and Wine Garden 6. Event Activity: • Provide an activity for the Beer and Wine Garden attendees or allow a City ran cornhole tournament to operate within the Beer and Wine Garden on Friday, July 11 from 4 - 10 p.m. (additional space will be provided on Friday, July 11, to accommodate for the cornhole tournament at no additional cost to the Contractor) 7. Promotion: • Promote Derby Days on their social media channels (minimum of 1 post prior to the event)
