The work consists of reconstruction/rehabilitation of existing sewer lines with a Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) product. The existing pipe material is clay, cement, ductile iron, and/or brick. Base Bid Work: Projects #1-#7 Requires diameter CIPP reconstruction, camera inspection, jetting, cleaning and bypass pumping for the following streets, pipe sizes and distances. 1) Mooreland Ave – 8” diameter – 1370 linear feet 2) Marcello Ave – 8” diameter – 425 linear feet 3) Marshall Street - 8” diameter – 750 linear feet 4) Fairmount St. - 8” diameter – 510 linear feet 5) Hamilton Street - 8” diameter – 1100 linear feet 6) Industrial Rd to Mooreland Ave Trunkline- 18” sewer - 2400 linear feet 7) Tolman Ave/ Dingley St – 8” diameter – 2000 linear feet Alternate Bid Item #1: Project #8 8.) Wastewater Treatment Facility – Structure 5A to Actiflo Building • 48” diameter – 30 linear feet – Ductile Iron Pipe • Must plug & bypass all plant flows around this segment. i. Anticipated flows to be 5 MGD up to 10MGD ii. Timing of this project would be weather-dependent to perform work during lesser flow periods iii. Bypass discharge line to carry flow up to 300 LF to Structure #7 iv. Bidder may request site visit prior to bid opening to review project site and bypass needs
