Off-site construction, signalization; a new (approximately) 500 SF multi-use conference room complete with signage, parking area, landscaping and appurtenances including utility pioneering and on-site work; includes coordination Locution Systems as required for fire station operations; includes coordination with Owner vendors (installation); flagpole, digital sign, perimeter fencing, trash enclosure, mechanical yard and tank enclosure and associated equipment. Maintaining existing landscape during construction and ensure all systems modifications follow the construction documents.
