A. Transportation to pick up collected water samples from the City’s designated location(s). B. All labor, materials, equipment, facilities and services for the sample collection analysis and report submittal. C. All water sampling analyses shall be done using current EPA methods for drinking water approved by the State Water Resources Control Board. D. The awarded vendor shall provide electronic reporting of analysis results via email. The results shall include laboratory letterhead, coversheet signed by an official of the laboratory, and a copy of the original chain of custody form. E. The awarded vendor shall submit a monthly electronic spreadsheet for all previous month’s analysis results including subcontracted lab results by the 10th of each month. F. The City requires proactive assistance from the chosen laboratory in assuring that the quality of the City’s water is maintained; i.e. interpret and follow any new regulations, communicate immediately with the City any time a sample exceeds state MCL, and meet periodically with city staff to resolve problems and provide advisement. G. The laboratory may be required to provide extra samples, as needed, to be taken at the same unit price per method as quoted in the proposal. H. The laboratory is to have staff available during normal business hours 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
