The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive traffic analysis of The New Hampshire Gardens Neighborhood in Ward 6, focusing on traffic volume, speed, pedestrian safety, enforcement effectiveness, and infrastructure needs. The study will identify key problem areas, analyze trends, and develop data-driven short-term and long-term recommendations to improve traffic safety and mobility for all road users, including pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists. The study must evaluate both local and cut-through traffic patterns and assess the implications of any proposed modifications throughout the ward and surrounding areas, including to analyze the impacts from the major transit hub adjacent to it and the new Purple Line Station currently under development.
