Book Selection and Inventory: ● Must adhere to South Carolina State Board of Education Regulation 43-170 and any additional state and federal regulations governing books in public education. ● Offer a wide range of books suitable for students in grades K-12, including fiction, non-fiction, early readers, graphic novels, and classics. ● Provide a balanced selection of price points to accommodate different budgets. ● Ensure books are in new condition and free from damage. ● Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet anticipated demand. The Contractor should be prepared to replenish popular titles during the fair if necessary. ● Offer special order options for books not readily available. 3.3. Logistics and Setup: ● Supplier paid shipping for delivery of materials for bookfair and return of unsold materials. 3.4. Sales and Payment Processing: ● Provide clear pricing information for all books. ● Offer multiple payment options, including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (if agreed upon with the school). 3.5. Promotion and Marketing: ● Provide promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and social media templates to help the school advertise the book fair. ● Collaborate with the school to develop a marketing plan to maximize attendance and sales. ● Offer suggestions for engaging students and families in the book fair.
