The scope of the work is to remove and replace all the windows noted on the plan set. The storefront windows are not part of the scope. It will be up to the Contractor to verify actual window sizes before ordering. Drawings are for reference only. Do not scale the plans. During the course of construction, the Contractor will take precautions to ensure all tenants' property is protected during the demo and restoration of the drywall and existing finishes. New aluminum windows with metal windowsill pans and a fluid-applied membrane will be installed according to the manufacturer’s recommended installation. The scope of work also calls for new window blinds, drywall window wraps, and a new solid surface sill and apron at each window. A window mock-up will need to be provided by the Contractor using details on A6.0/8 for KCHA's approval.
