Task 1: Advertisement, facilities, and catering for dam owner education workshop Description: Contractor shall secure meeting space including A/V setup, develop and distribute registration brochures (including postage), and provide for catering. For purposes of estimating expenses, assume distributing brochures by mail to 500 owners, and provide for 50 workshop attendees. No later than 5/1/2025 Task 2: Conduct a dam owner education workshop Description: Task will include providing an instructor(s) and course materials to provide an educational one-day seminar for dam owners. Course should include explanations of state rules and regulations, routine inspection practices, monitoring through instrumentation, proper operation and maintenance of the structure, and emergency action planning. No later than 8/31/2025
