• PO Procurement Officer – The PO Procurement Officer has the primary responsibility for the management of the PORFP process, for the resolution of PO Agreement scope issues, and for authorizing any changes to the PO Agreement. • PO Manager - The PO Manager has the primary responsibility for the management of the work performed under the PO Agreement. This would include administrative functions, including but not limited to issuing written directions and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract. The PO Manager will monitor work performed through monthly accounting reports and detailed invoices.
