The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for Excavation Services and intends to use the results of this process to potentially award multiple Contracts. The Excavation Services will include removal and/or installation of concrete, asphalt, and/or grass at that seven (7) DHS DCTS facilities: 1. Winnebago Mental Health Institute (WMHI), Northeastern Region 2. Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC), Northeastern Region 3. Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC), Southeastern Region 4. Central Wisconsin Center (CWC), Southern Region 5. Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI), Southern Region 6. Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC), Southern Region 7. Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC), Western Region The Agencies intend to use the results of this bid to award three (3) Suppliers in each of the five (5) regions. Listed on Attachment A Price Work Sheet. It is intended that the award for this Contract shall be to multiple Suppliers to ensure services will be available on an ongoing basis. The State reserves the right to offer fewer or more awards in each region if it is in the best interest of the State to do so.
