2.1. Mowing shall be performed as needed unless otherwise requested by the City for specific areas or sites. Grass shall be cut at a uniform height of 2 inches and must not be allowed to grow beyond 4 inches. 2.1.1. The buffalograss at the City Hall location shall be cut at the highest possible setting with the mower. 2.2. The Contractor shall provide the City with a detailed mowing and landscape maintenance schedule, specifying locations, dates, and crew assignments. This schedule must remain accurate and up to date throughout the contract period. 2.3. Litter and debris shall be collected before and after each mowing cycle. Where more frequent mowing is required or directed, litter pickup and debris removal shall be completed along with each mowing. 2.4. All mowing, edging and litter/debris removal under these contracts shall be performed on consecutive days and continue until the cycle is complete. 2.5. All areas within the project limits shall be mowed during each cycle and on continuous days, save and except for days of inclement weather.
