Vendor will: 1. Provide applicable demolition, materials and construction for equipment installation 2. Provide and install motorized ceiling lift system 3. Provide all necessary plumbing and electrical work to be completed by licensed contractor(s) I. Modification to Bathroom: 1. Contractor to install ceiling lift and track system w/ track to provide independent access to consumer’s toilet and shower. a. Ceiling/rafter structure to be reinforced as necessary b. Lift system must be motorized rail system c. Must be remote operated by lift user d. System must have battery backup 2. Patient support to be sling-free, open support w/ thigh support straps. a. Support to be independently accessible by consumer, without assistance. b. e.g., SureHands Body Support 3. Contractor to contact consumer to schedule and complete inspection of area to be modified, as well as review equipment options with consumer. General Specifications and Notes: 1. Contractor is responsible for all measurements and applicable permits. 2. Contractor shall leave the site clean and free of construction debris. 3. All existing materials to be removed as part of the modification must be disposed of offsite, or returned to the property owner, per preference of property owner. 4. All disturbed areas, where applicable, or otherwise specified, shall be patched and painted to match. 5. All work must be in accordance with SC Residential Codes and local building codes. Work to include any electrical, plumbing, and HVAC necessary to complete work with no work left for others.
